The Hague Bluff
This unique illustration captures the magic of the Haagsche Bluf in The Hague. Named after the famous local dessert made of stiffly beaten egg whites with berry juice, the Haagsche Bluf inspired this playful and distinctive street scene.

In the drawing, illustrator Melanie Drent has combined all the houses into one new, harmonious street. The abstract glass facades have been omitted, allowing the historic facades to come together in a whimsical composition. The result is an illustration full of details, ornaments, and historical charm. Perfect for lovers of Dutch architecture and design.

Drawn in black ink and printed on Hahnemühle, high quality museum-grade paper.
